SHIPPING POLICIES
The TVmia's boxes will be shipped as they become available. The Box equipment with TVmia service is property of TVmia International Corp and it's only to provide our services.
Boxes that are ordered during our working hours are estimated to ship the following business day.
The 'Delivers' timeframe depends on USPS services after it ships from our warehouse. We provided Standard Shipping service with a charge of $9.95 shipping cost. The Boxes are shipped via United States Postal Service and we estimate that will be deliver within 5 to 7 business days after shipping.
Signature on Delivery:
Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are
unable to change the shipping address. The shipments contain
valuable item for us, our carriers are required to obtain a
signature upon delivery.
For all our orders we require a
signature on delivery.
For safety and security reasons, all deliveries are subject to the driver's discretion. Anyone over the age of eighteen at the designated shipping address can sign for the package. If you will be not available for one of the delivery attempts to sign a Delivery Notice will be place on your door after the first delivery attempt.
After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier's local facility. Call the number on the carrier's Delivery Notice and inform the carrier that you want to pick up your package.
To pickup your shipment, you'll need the Delivery Notice and both of the following IDs:
1) A government-issued ID (e.g., driver's license, passport, residency card) that matches the name and address on the package.
2) A second ID with your name on it (e.g., credit card, social
security card). The carrier can release the package only to the
person designated in the shipping address.
You should call our Customer Service Department to inform that your box was not deliver on our timeframe indicated and an TVmia's agent will track your package.
Our carrier attempts delivery three times before returning your
package to TVmia International Corp.
Shipping Restrictions. Shipping in the U.S.:
TVmia U.S. ships the TVmia Boxes only within the 50 United States. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.
RETURN POLICIES & EARLY TERMINATION FEE
TVmia values our relationship with you and offers a return policy
for equipment and services purchased directly from TVmia. Our return
policy does not reflect the policies of TVmia authorized dealers or
retailers.
Equipment
If the equipment you acquired directly from TVmia does not meet your expectations, you may return or, for all equipment other than equipment sold as a "Closeout Item". All the equipment must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Equipment purchased from TVmia.com or directly from TVmia over the phone may also be returned by mail. If returning your equipment to TVmia by mail, please retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records. Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping charges may apply.
Your service activation date will not change for any purpose, including, but not limited to, calculating any early termination fees you may be obligated to pay .
Returned equipment, other than the Closeout Items, must be in the manufacturer's original packaging and be in like-new condition (no physical or water damage). Returned Closeout Items must be in the original packaging in which you received the equipment and be in substantially the same condition as it was when you received it. The return must include the original components such as the Roku Equipment, A/V RCA cable, Remote control, HDMI cable, manual, unopened software and invoice/receipt. Please remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information before returning your equipment.TVmia is not responsible for any equipment containing confidential, proprietary or personal information.
Refurbished equipment may be exchanged within 30 days from the date the equipment was purchased or shipped, provided if you exchange the refurbished equipment for new equipment, you will have to pay the difference between the price of the refurbished equipment and the price of the new equipment. Shipping charges may be apply.
A charge of $ 50 in your bank account or credit card if:

The Roku equipment is not returned.
- The equipment is
returned with some damage
- The equipment is returned
incomplete
• Equipment was determined to be ineligible (e.g.,
opened software, liquid or physical damage, not in substantially the
same condition as when received by you).
Service Cancellation & Early Termination Fee & Equipment Fee
You may cancel service any time or within 30 days from the
activation date to avoid the monthly fee.
The charges for service used on the account before the service termination date will be applied against your bankaccount or credit card, whichever is applicable
